Dr. Marc Siegel

Dr. Marc Siegel is the owner and Medical Director of Isthmus Veterinary Care. He has been practicing in Madison since 2014 and was thrilled to open his own practice near his home in the Tenney-Lapham neighborhood.

Dr. Siegel, a native of Summit, New Jersey, graduated in 2005 from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Behavior. He then continued his studies at Tufts University in Massachusetts, where he received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2010.

After graduating from Tufts, Dr. Siegel moved back to the New York area, completed a one-year intensive internship at the Veterinary Emergency & Referral Group in Brooklyn, and was an associate veterinarian at Park East Animal Hospital in Manhattan for three years.

Dr. Siegel’s wife, Abby, is originally from Iowa, and over the course of their relationship, he fell in love with the Midwest. He was happy to find an opportunity at Spring Harbor Animal Hospital in Madison where he worked as Medical Director prior to opening Isthmus Veterinary Care.

Dr. Siegel lives in Madison with his wife, son Mac, daughter May, rescue dog Indie, and their three cats, Munster, Tuna and Bee.
